I simply adored the elegant decor in the hotel's common areas. The beautiful furnishings and soothing ambiance made it a delight to spend time in. Plus, the accessibility for senior individuals was exceptional, with spacious elevators and well-designed spaces, making it easy for older guests to move around comfortably. It truly made my stay feel special and accommodating for someone of my age.

I wish the hotel would consider implementing more personalized attention from the staff for senior guests, perhaps by offering assistance with luggage, guiding them to their rooms, or helping with any special needs. It would have added a little extra comfort to the experience for the older generation, especially when navigating through the bustling hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent and unbeatable - within walking distance of Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib. The breakfast selection was above average and nice hot with different varieties.

Unbeatable location short walk to masjid a nabwi in a very very nice area. Plus, walking distance to Entrance. Nicely furnished, a decent size room with an own bathroom and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

The staff are accommodating and outstandingly accommodating and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The units are fashionable, modern with breakfast.

The suite I stayed in was absolutely stunning with its elegant and spacious design. The modern Arabesque architecture added a charming touch, and the deep soaking bathtub in the private bathroom was pure luxury. As a guest who appreciates comfort and style, I truly felt pampered during my stay.

I was less fond of the mini-market onsite, but I understand some guests may find it convenient.

This cheap hotel offers lots of outstanding rooms. Convenient and fantastic location, it's set just off restaurant especially during Iftar period as well as shops and markets. Central Madinah district is worth looking into.

Place was well-maintained and truly exceptional, greatly enjoyed the stay.

Booked suite, that was provided with even stand, a huge bath and complimentary breakfast which was great. The staff was caring, top-class all the time. The hotel was in a central location in that area or that part of town specifically.

Absolutely perfect and amazing location with private parking if needed and close to mosque for prayers, the masjid a nabawi and Holly mosque and shops/restuarants.

It was surely a fab stay for 10 nights. The location turned out to be super and phenomenal, close enough to the Prophet's Mosque, restaurants and markets, Fast Food restaurants and Bin Dawood, and holy masjid & size. It also was very close to the women's praying area.

The stuff where top-class and location was particularly good and lovely. Besides, it was really close to the Prophet's Mosque, and the masjid, Taiba shopping centre and food shops.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were well-mannered and cooperative, everything was great. The venue had a marvellous location near Bin Dawood. Plus, it was near Medina and central area.

Breakfast was above average and warm, thoroughly enjoyed the position.

The room was well-organised in between with sofas, free Wi-Fi. Its perfect, central location was a plus.

We were at the twin room, it had EXCEPTIONAL view.
